What Verity does
Five disciplines, one accountable team.
From the first business-analysis conversation to the help desk ticket five years later. Verity holds the whole thing.
A help desk with a name, a number and a monthly report.
A named help desk with response targets, for government and commercial clients. Ticket intake, triage, resolution and monthly reporting, for applications, databases and end-user support.
Sample data. The real report lands in your inbox on the first of every month.
Past performance
Built for the Commonwealth, used by 700,000 people a year.
The Juror Service website is the kind of system Verity delivers: public-facing, high volume, regulated and still running.

Juror Service Website
0jurors summonsed per year
Problem
The only ways to answer a juror summons were a phone call or the mail. There was no automated, timely way for a juror to respond.
Solution
Verity designed and built the Juror Service website so jurors can confirm service, postpone, request a court transfer or request a disqualification online, opt into email notifications and leave feedback. Labor and postage costs fell and convenience went up.
Confirm, postpone, transfer or disqualify
Every summons response, online
Email notifications
Jurors opt in and stay informed
Lower labor and postage
Fewer calls, fewer letters

How Verity works
Understand first, build second, support always.
The same four moves on every engagement, public or commercial. It is why relationships with Verity last through changes of technology and changes of staff.
01
Understand
Client culture, business goals, customer needs and the regulations that apply. Business analysis before technology.
02
Design
Architecture, database design and a build-versus-buy decision made on the merits. Fixed scope, agreed schedule.
03
Deliver
Development, testing and release with status reporting the whole way. On site, embedded with your team.
04
Support
Help desk, monitoring, patching and enhancements. Verity is there when the technology changes and the business grows.
